The British journalist stated:

“An experienced player doesn’t necessarily mean an older player; it refers to someone who has proven their worth in the Premier League. This is why several names are being considered, with Ivan Toney among them.”

Toney is linked with several major clubs.

“I believe Manchester United values Toney, but they will only seriously consider a transfer with the salary he expects if the transfer fee is significantly reduced.”

“Thomas Frank has publicly stated, at least half-jokingly, that Toney is worth £100 million. However, since Toney could become a free agent in another year, interested teams do not view that fee as reasonable.”
