This includes eating better, more regularly, increasing muscle mass, and reducing fɑt. He has even hired a chef to prepare three meals a day for him.

Tatum has eliminated fried foods like those from Popeye’s from his diet, recognizing the need to make every effort to improve his game. He acknowledges the evolution of the game and the physical demands of the rigorous NBA season and playoffs, emphasizing the importance of dietary considerations for peak performance.

Despite the мentаl and physical challenges, Tatum played over 3,000 minutes in both the regular season and playoffs.
