Valencia’s Mouctar Diakhaby faced a gruesome injury during the La Liga clash against Real Madrid, resulting from a collision with Aurelien Tchouameni. As Tchouameni attempted to enter the Valencia penalty box, a loss of balance led to him falling on Diakhaby, causing significant distress among players and prompting his stretchered exit from the pitch.

In an official statement, Valencia revealed that Diakhaby has been diagnosed with a dislocated right knee. Following tests conducted after the game, the center-back spent the night in the hospital and is scheduled for further examinations.

Diakhaby himself conveyed a message through Euro Foot, expressing gratitude for the messages of support. Despite being unable to respond at the moment, he assured his well-being, stating, “Thank you for your messages. I can’t answer for the moment, but I’m doing well family! God is in control.”
