Clippers’ Superstar James Harden Delights Fans in Santa Monica with Gifted Rookie Card

James Harden, a guard for the Los Angeles Clippers, made an unexpecteԀ appearance for fans at Bleecker Trading LA in Santa Monica on Saturday night. He gave fans packs of cards, one of which was his highly sought-after debut card from 2009.

When Harden arrived at the trading cards business in downtown Santa Monica just after six o’clock in the evening, he provided the children who were present with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet and engage with their favourite NBA superstar.

Harden remained for almost thirty minutes, during which time he took pictures with fans and distributed cards, one of which was his highly wаnted rookie card from 2009, to a young female fan who was present. The value of the rookie card that the winner of the 2018 NBA Most Valuable Player award receives is between $5,000 and $10,000.

On February 24, which is National Trading Card Day, the event took place concurrently with 407 other hobby stores located in 12 different states during the same time period.

The activities, which were referred to as “Topps Hobby Rip Night,” brought together thousands of trading card collectors and hobbyists from all across the country. The events were centred around the debut of the Topps Series 1, which is the company’s premier baseball pack.
