Former defender Branislav Ivanovic showcases his player’s life collection, featuring a room with replicas of all 10 trophies won with Chelsea and hundreds of jerseys from his professional career.
In a video posted on TikTok on October 14, Ivanovic displays a room adorned with replicas of his trophies and hundreds of jerseys dating back to his professional debut in 2002. The 38-year-old defender refers to this room as a “special museum,” where he preserves memories of his football journey.
On the walls, Ivanovic proudly displays replicas of the 14 trophies he earned with Chelsea, Lokomotiv Moscow, and Zenit Saint Petersburg. He also keeps a Chelsea-themed bicycle in this special room.
Ivanovic commenced his professional career in 2002, playing for Serbian clubs Srem and OFK Beograd. From 2006 to 2008, he played for Lokomotiv Moscow and secured the Russian Cup in 2007.
In January 2008, Ivanovic joined Chelsea for $16.3Mand experienced the most successful period of his career. Over nine years with the London club, the Serbian defender scored 34 goals in 377 appearances across all competitions, winning 10 titles, including a Champions League, Europa League, three Premier League titles, three FA Cups, one League Cup, and one FA Community Shield. Jose Mourinho once hailed Ivanovic as one of Chelsea’s best signings in history.
In January 2017, Ivanovic returned to Russia, signing a two-and-a-half-year deal with Zenit. The 38-year-old scored 12 goals in 125 matches, helping Zenit secure consecutive Russian Premier League titles in the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 seasons, as well as the Russian Super Cup in 2020.
In the summer of 2020, Ivanovic made a comeback to the Premier League by joining West Brom on a one-year contract. The Serbian defender played 13 matches, struggled with form, faced criticism, and couldn’t prevent West Brom from relegation. Ivanovic hasn’t played professionally since parting ways with West Brom, but he has not officially announced his retirement.
On the international stage, Ivanovic holds the record for the most appearances for the Serbian national team with 105 caps and 13 goals. He captained the team from 2012, participating in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
