After four months of refurbishment, Houston’s beloved James Harden-owned restaurant, Thirteen, is gearing up for an exciting comeback. The establishment has undergone a significant transformation, with a revamped dining area and lounge aimed at providing patrons with a more upscale and luxurious dining experience.
Adding to the anticipation is the announcement of Chef Siddartha Cadena, fondly known as Chef Sidd, joining the culinary team at Thirteen. With an impressive 22 years of culinary expertise spanning the globe, Chef Sidd brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to the kitchen.
The highlight of Thirteen’s reimagined concept is its diverse and high-quality menu. Drawing inspiration from Pan Asian flavors, the menu boasts an array of shareable raw dishes crafted from the finest seafood. Expect tantalizing options such as Salmon Tiradito, Scallop Tataki, Smoked Hamachi Tacos, and Spicy Tuna to tempt your taste buds.
Complementing the raw selections are a variety of delectable side dishes, including Tempura Shishito Peppers and American Mashed Potatoes, designed to enhance the dining experience and encourage communal enjoyment.
Thirteen’s General Manager, Sean Knight, expressed his enthusiasm for the restaurant’s transformation, emphasizing the elevated standards of cuisine, ambiance, and service. The team is confident that guests will be delighted by the reimagined Thirteen experience.
To offer a sneak peek of what’s to come, Thirteen plans to host a special soft opening on February 22nd, leading up to its grand reopening celebration on March 7th. With its refreshed look and enticing menu offerings, Thirteen is poised to reclaim its status as a premier dining destination in Houston.
