Luke Shaw is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the storied Italian label by collaborating with adidas Spezial and C.P. Company.

Both brands, which are closely associated with football culture, have collaborated to produce a two-piece capsule that features the Italia SPZL silhouette and an updated rendition of the classic adidas Haslingden Jacket.

The Italia SPZL, an updated take on the iconic adidas trainer, is made of white full grain leather with red and green accents and alternating labelling from each label. Finished in white leather, the Spezial swing tag has the C.P. Company’sailor’ image embossed on it.

This classic silhouette comes with an additional pair of outsoles so the owner can continue to rock the new era classics for as long as possible. It is packaged in a commemorative camouflage print box that connects it to the jacket.

The Haslingden jacket was made from 50 fili, a fabric exclusive to the C.P. Company, and features an Italian camouflage print from the 1970s. An Italian label design has been used to replace the hood.

The collection’s debut is supported by a campaign film directed by &SON, a longtime Spezial partner, and still images from renowned music photographer Kevin Cummins featuring Luke Shaw.

The adidas Spezial by C.P. Company collaborative collection, a celebration of three icons of football culture both on and off the pitch, will be available exclusively through C.P. Company flagship shops and END. Clothing starting on October 14th. Limited numbers will be available.
