However, a unique situation arose during one of Messi’s routine outings, where, now playing for Inter Miami in the MLS, he found himself having to autograph a replica jersey while waiting at traffic lights. 

The 2022 World Cup winner, who has been gaining popularity in the United States, encountered a fortunate group of supporters during a road trip. Seizing the moment, they pulled up alongside Messi, who willingly fulfilled their autograph request by signing an Argentina jersey. Amidst the excited cheers directed towards him, a fan was heard exclaiming, “I love you more than my dad!”

Messi is currently on the road with Inter Miami as part of their pre-season activities, including a trip to Saudi Arabia.
